  • 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Options for Serving:
  • Marinara sauce

  • Cooked pasta

  • Extra Parmesan

  • Lemon wedges

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a baking dish or sheet pan.

  • Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and place them in a bowl. Toss with olive oil.

  • In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  • Add the breadcrumb mixture to the shrimp and toss until the shrimp are evenly coated.

  • Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle the melted butter and lemon juice over the top.

  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink, cooked through, and the topping is lightly golden.

  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately with marinara sauce, pasta, or your favorite side dishes.

Notes:
  • Do not overbake the shrimp, or they can become rubbery.

  • For extra crispiness, place the shrimp under the broiler for 1 to 2 minutes at the end.

  • You can use panko breadcrumbs for a crunchier texture.

  • Freshly grated Parmesan gives the best flavor.
