Easy Chicken Tacos
Tender shredded chicken tucked into warm tortillas, topped with fresh salsa and creamy avocado. These tacos come together fast and are packed with flavor, making them a go-to dinner any night of the week.

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or leftovers work great)
1 tsp taco seasoning (or a mix of cumin, chili powder, paprika)
8 small corn or flour tortillas
1 cup fresh salsa or pico de gallo
1 ripe avocado, sliced or mashed
Instructions:
Warm the chicken: In a skillet over medium heat, add the shredded chicken and taco seasoning. Stir for 3–4 minutes until heated through and well seasoned.
Warm the tortillas: Heat tortillas in a dry skillet for 30 seconds per side or microwave them in a damp towel for 30 seconds.
Assemble tacos: Divide the chicken among the tortillas. Top with salsa and avocado slices or mash for easy spreading.
Serve: Enjoy immediately with optional toppings like cilantro, lime wedges, or shredded lettuce if desired.
