Ingredients:

Meatloaves
  • 1 lb ground beef (85/15 works best)

  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (plain or panko)

  • 1 egg

  • ¼ cup milk

  • ¼ cup finely diced onion

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional but great)

Honey BBQ Glaze
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce (any favorite brand)

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 tablespoon ketchup

  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a pan.

In large bowl, combine meatloaf ingredients. Mix just until combined (don’t overmix or they’ll be dense).

Divide mixture into 6–8 small oval loaves and place on baking sheet.

In a small bowl whisk together: BBQ sauce, honey, ketchup, mustard, and garlic powder.

Brush about half the glaze over the meatloaves.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Remove from oven, brush with remaining glaze, and return to oven for 5–8 more minutes, until internal temp reaches 160°F.

Let rest 3 minutes before serving.
