Ingredients:

  • ¾ to 1 lb. boneless chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces

  • ½ yellow onion sliced

  • ½ green pepper sliced

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • ⅔ cup flour

  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Put flour and spices in a plastic bag. Add chicken and shake to coat.

  2. Combine teriyaki sauce and honey in a small bowl.

  3. Heat oil in a skillet. Brown chicken, remove, and set aside.

  4. Add onion and green pepper to the skillet. Cook 2 minutes.

  5. Return chicken to the pan, and add the sauce mixture. Cook for an additional minute.

  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve hot over rice.
